Our preferred method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail within the United States. USPS Priority Mail usually arrives in 2 to 3 days.
Domestic USPS rates are based on weight, size and zone. Due to variances in the weight and price of fabric and other items, and the use of postal zones, we have found that it is impractical to calculate shipping costs accurately in all cases. Therefore, all shipping charges are estimates only and may be may be higher or lower depending on postal zone in which you live. As often as possible, we try to use flat rate envelopes or boxes. Up to four yards of fabric will fit in the flat rate envelopes and the charge is $4.80. For order of more than four yards, and if it is cheaper to use regular priority mail, we have given estimated shipping costs and the actual cost will be reflected on your invoice. If it is a large order and fills a flat rate priority box, the charge is $9.95.
International orders will be shipping Global Priority unless you request otherwise. When possible, we will use a flat rate Global Priority box, which ships to Canada and Mexico for $9.95 and to all other Global Priority countries for $11.95, with some exceptions. Packages shipped using the flat rate envelope may not weigh more than 4 pounds and must be able to seal securely. We can generally fit 3 to 4 yards of fabric into one of these envelopes with the exception of flannel. If the order consists of more than 4 yards of fabric, two or more envelopes or boxes will be used.
Customers are responsible for any Customs or Duty fees incurred.
We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, generally within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order.

Payment:
All prices for products and shipping are in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For our US customers, we also accept personal checks. Be aware that merchandise will be shipped after your check has cleared the bank; you will be notified via e-mail that your merchandise is on the way. You may also send money orders or cashier's checks and your merchandise will be shipped immediately. All International orders must be paid with a credit card.
About Our Fabrics:
All fabrics are 42-45" wide and 100% cotton, unless otherwise stated in the product description. The minimum cut for fabric is 1/2 yard.
Return Policy:
Our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with every purchase from The Quilted Cabin. If you receive something that does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. Please feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions you may have prior to your purchase to help avoid the need to return an item.
Please e-mail us at contact@thequiltedcabin.com to request a return authorization number before sending any items back to us.
Returned items must be in saleable condition, so please keep any items you wish to return in a smoke-free environment until ready to ship them back. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip.
Returns will be given in the same manner as payment was received. If payment was made using a credit card, a credit will be issued to the same account number. If payment was made with a check, money order or cashier's check, a refund check will be issued.
If the return is due to an error on the part of The Quilted Cabin, the refund will include the amount of the purchase for the returned item and the shipping costs in getting the item back to us. If the return is for any other reason, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. No packages will be accepted if sent "collect" or "postage due."
Any item that is copyrighted, such as books and patterns, cannot be returned for any reason.
Privacy Policy:
The Quilted Cabin does not share or sell your personal information or e-mail address. This information is used exclusively for processing your orders.
